Our Specialists handle inbound calls from our customers, process policy transactions, answer questions, and resolve general customer problems and issues.  These are non-sales positions. Prior Customer Service experience is a plus.  Prior call center experience and some college are preferred.  A generous signing bonus will be given to individuals who hold a current PA Property and Casualty license. An insurance background is a plus, but not required. A fully paid training program is provided.
