Help Cugino Insurance & Financial Services, LLC. be a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry by acting as the Customer Service Associate who maintains customer relationship; understand products and services; understands and researches inquiry; assembles and communicates information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer; records customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Keys quantitative and qualitative data with speed and accuracy into the computer. (6,000 ksph with 5% or less error rate)

Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.

Delivers superior customer service.

Designs and manages processes to monitor progress and to maximize performance.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

State of Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, not required.
