Customer Service Specialist - Claims

Major Duties and Functions Include: This is a PART TIME non-benefit eligible position. The individual will work no more than 25 hours per week. Provides exceptional customer service in the Spanish Language Call Center. Receives incoming phone calls from customers. Acts as a translator for non-Spanish speaking claims adjusters. Responds to questions, obtains accident information, documents claims file, researches and resolves problems and takes recorded statements. What You Need to Succeed: Must have 620 - Florida Adjusters License or willing to obtain one within 6 months of employment. Must be proficient in both Spanish and English Languages (verbal and written). Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ambitious and self-motivated. Computer skills/literacy with windows based systems. Possess a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Previous customer service experience desired.
