Customer Service and Soft Collections positions

We are searching for Soft Collections and Customer Service Representatives for 2 of our clients. Job descriptions are below, and both positions are temp to hire.

Soft Collections Representatives

 

3rd party collections company near 635 and the North Dallas Tollway needs collections representatives for their call center. Collections will be done on retail, telecommunications and cable accounts. Hours are 12-9 Monday- Friday and salary is $12-13.50 per hour based on experience.

 

Required Qualifications:

*At least 1 year of Collections experience.

*Must type 25 wpm.

*Must have stable tenure and have worked in the last 6 months.  

 

Customer Service Representative

Professional company in Dallas off of Greenville needs a Customer Service Representative. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 and starting pay is $11 per hour.

CSR will take calls from insurance companies wanting to schedule physicals for prospective customers. The CSR will then work with medical practitioners to get appointments set up.

This position requires customer service experience, a clear criminal background, computer skills and a professional demeanor. There will be a 1 minute typing test during the interview.
