If you have good organizational skills, are a problem solver, can make smart decisions and can communicate effectively, WE need YOU!   Customer Service Representatives with excellent phone skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in the Health Insurance Industry are always in demand! Must be flexible and desire to work in Call Center environment. Medical terminology, ICD-9, CPT.4 coding and the ability to explain policy coverages. Qualified candidates will also be familiar with interpreting Insurance Benefits and explaining claims status. Must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be dependable. Bilingual a PLUS!! Workers' Compensation Adjusters We would like a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Workers' Compensation. Lost time cases, medical only cases and be able to handle a multi-faceted desk. You should know any required state forms. Investigation, negotiation and settlement skills are a PLUS! You are the type that can jump in and be a self-starter. You require minimal supervision.  ACTIVE WORK COMP LICENSES FOR STATES IN ADDITION TO TEXAS IS A PLUS!
