Univers Workplace Benefits, a USI Company is seeking a Director, Client Services; this position will be based in our Foothill Ranch, CA office.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Responsible for leading a quality client service team that is efficient, effective, responsive and dedicated to delivering operational excellence within Univers Workplace Benefits.

·  Responsible for establishing operational goals, regional expectations and performance standards and expectations for applicable regional service team, in conjunction with the Managing Director for that particular sales region.

·  Interacts with lead consultant/broker as needed.

·  Assigns personnel to individual cases.

·  Advises Senior Vice President, Operations of individual case status on a regular basis. 

·  Serves as a point of contact for all clients in designated region. Responsible for maintaining client confidence and client satisfaction on all cases.  Conducts status calls and implementation calls as necessary.

·  Makes recommendations on operational issues, voluntary product offerings and ResourceOne program enhancements.

·  Responsible for ensuring revenue and expenses meet or exceed forecasted targets.

·  Seeks feedback from clients to assess satisfaction level.

·  Consolidates and interprets post enrollment reviews with client, lead consultant and other applicable individuals. Makes recommendations for improvement.

 

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

·  College degree preferred.·  7+ years of experience in project management or benefit enrollment areas required. ·  Expert knowledge of employee benefits.

·  Experience in a supervisory capacity. ·  Experience with Microsoft Office required.

·  Ability to understand and measure financial metrics.

·  Exceptional Customer Service Skills and problem-solving abilities.
