Consults with, assesses and analyzes client training needs and drive business success through development of innovative training solutions. Works closely business partners to ensure that targeted learning interventions are appropriately delivered to meet the scope, time-frame and quality standards of the client. Partners with Training & Advisory Steering Committee members to leverage existing training solutions and ensures employee learning is conducted in the most efficient, effective and cost-effective way possible. Leads end-to-end change management and learning strategies to close skill/process/behavioral gaps, including the development and execution of plans for stakeholder communication, leadership alignment, and training. Incorporates measurement mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of strategies, using such metrics to guide follow-up actions that ensure the delivery of sustainable and measurable business outcomes. Participates in enterprise-level training initiatives and promotes training programs of high quality work meeting corporate and line of business compliance standards. Leads workforce planning and staffing strategy development, designing processes and methodologies to identify the best talent within and outside the organization. Establishes and assesses the achievement of realistic, challenging objectives through regular communication and a formal performance management program.  REQUIREMENTS BA/BS degree Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Background in instructor-led, online, and/or blended learning training functions; ability to transform complex information into effective learning tools and communications by applying adult learning theory, change management methodology, and instructional design principles. Proven leader with 5+ years learning and development industry experience. Operations and/or Financial Services Industry experience strongly preferred. FINRA Series 7/24 a plus. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS:• Focus on the Customer. Focus on winning; consistently exceeds expectations.  COMPENSATION:We pay competitive base salaries and we reward performance. Our salary structure is commensurate with experience.
