A major player in the insurance claims industry is seeking a Director of Medicare Set-Aside Operations to help establish and build this segment of the business. The individual would be responsible for the following activities: To internally build Medicare Set Aside functionality within the organization. This would include the creation of a business plan, creating and maintaining a development project plan and working with Casualty/Disability Operations and carrier partners on a routine basis.The candidate would be responsible for the technical and operational functions within the operation which includes the compliance with company standards and industry best practices. To ensure consistent delivery of quality services including direct operational responsibility of an office in the location where the manager resides.To be responsible for the staffing and training needs. To be responsible for budget preparation and profit and loss management for assigned offices.

Six (6) years claims management experience including three (3) years prior supervisory experience required in the MSA market.
