Major Duties and Functions Include: SUMMER HIRE Able to work 40 hours per week, M-F, from June 2 through August 29 Provides exceptional customer service by supporting the claims field assignment process. Utilizes computer system to receive, process and close automobile appraisal assignment requests. Monitors and documents assignment inspection activities. Effectively communicates on phone with internal and external customers, appraisers and repair shops. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
