Document Specialists

This position is responsible for the development of project requirement specifications for products filed from the Policy Forms area, including data page development for products which may require programming within the Document Library System (DLS). Creation and modification of forms within DLS, maintenance of the website product portal, writing Information Technology Service Requests, and participation in the business recovery efforts are all major components of this role.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of life insurance company operations and technical/regulatory aspects of life insurance and annuities  as they relate to correspondence and policy forms . Demonstrated oral and written communication skills are a must, as is a customer service attitude. Initiative, team orientation, organizational and interpersonal skills are key. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years experience and knowledge is preferred.
