E-Commerce Director

Allianz Life is relocating its variable business operations from the Philadelphia area to its Golden Valley headquarters. In connection with that initiative, we are building a new and expanded E-Commerce team, focused in our Enterprise Operations division. Allianz's IT division will continue to partner with this new team to provide the required E-Commerce technology services and solutions through a combination of internal staff and outsourced business partners.



The goal of the new Enterprise Operations E-Commerce team is to expand and enhance Allianz's capabilities to provide leading E-commerce solutions to drive customer satisfaction, productivity improvements and service quality. All key staff should have the appropriate familiarity, experience and expertise (based on level and role) with:



· Variable Annuity operations and business processes

· Key trading partner (broker/dealer) business needs, operations and capabilities

· E-Commerce and annuity industry trends and technologies (i.e. NAVA Straight Through Processing initiative)

· Allianz process and technology standards

· Industry aggregator operations, capabilities and technologies (DTCC/NSCC, AnnuityNet, Blue Frog)

· Providing shared services and the management and use of service catalog's and Service Level Agreements

· Experience teaming with outsourced and offshore resourcesExcellent customer service and relationship skills



Qualifications:Prior management experience required (5-10 years of related experience)NASD licensing.
