ECMs and Forms Specialist

In this role, you would be responsible for working with clients and clearing houses to implement and trouble shoot solutions for ECMs and Forms in the RescueNet Billing suite.  Your responsibilities would include working with our customer support group on escalated issues, researching new ECMs and Forms, working with development on implementing new ECMs and Forms, working with Carriers on MAC changes, and working with customers to implement new electronic claims solutions. 

Successful applicant for this role will have a strong background in medical billing including resolving rejected claims and batches and working with electronic claims.  Additional qualifications include a strong focus on working with customers to solve problems and a passion for computers.
