Our client is one of the largest and most successful independent agencies in the Southeast.  With a staff of over 100 individuals, they are committed to providing innovative solutions and unsurpassed service as trusted insurance advisors.  They seek an experienced employee benefits producer to join their organization.  You will need to have experience in a team building/collaborative selling infrastructure and exhibit 'out of the box' thinking and sales strategies.  The highly desired candidate will have experience working with TPA services and/or self-funded products.

 

Employee Benefits Account Executive Qualifications5+ years experience with group benefits products as a retail producer or carrier repAbility to build a profitable business selling employee benefits through cross selling and value added servicesWorking knowledge of MGU and TPA services and self-insured products preferred
