•Possesses athorough knowledge of Employee Benefits Insurance Coverage
•Life &Health License Preferred
•Must be highly proficient in the use of personal computers and supportingsoftware in a Windows Based environment, including MS Office products (Word,Excel and Outlook). Experience with AMS, Customer relationship managementsystems and Power Point a plus. Should be knowledgeable in theuse of intranet and internet applications.
•Strong attention to detail; sets priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient,timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities in afast-paced environment.
•Abilityto carry out complex tasking with many concrete and abstract variables.
•Work in ateam environment; interacts with others effectively by utilizing oralcommunication skills, cooperating and providing information as needed to contributeto the business efforts of the agency.
•Strongcustomer service focus.
•Mustdemonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to companystandards, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
•Documentall telephone inquiries, client meetings, pertinent plan and service
information within theCorporate Database (CMS)
•Attendseminars or training programs, or other applicable industry seminars,
and inform group departmentstaff of knowledge gained.
•Keep upwith legislation that affects your day-to-day contact with the clients.
