Partner with a leader in the Employee Benefit / Health Insurance industry by acting as the Producer who provides service to Business clients' changing benefit and insurance needs; Sell B2B with a needs based sales approach, help design benefit programs that fit within each companies individuals needs. Listen to each companies concerns and match the appropriate insurance product to each area deemed important to the client. Act with extreme integrity when recommending coverage and develop a business relationship based on trust and reliability. Keep informed about changes within the market place. Work within the community to develop a referral base. Qualifications Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations. Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people. Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market. Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively. Consistently identifies new sources of business. Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs. Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data. Pursue obtaining a professional designation with in the industry by attending classes and seminars. Keep current on changes with in the industry and advise clients on which changes directly affect their business. BA or equivalent experience.Degree preferred but not required.
