A great opportunity for a new College Grad!Job SummaryUnder general supervision, provides administrative and project coordination support for human resources.Essential Duties & Responsibilities1. Assists in the staffing and recruiting functions (e.g., interview scheduling, pre-employment testing, etc.).2. Performs new-hire processing activities such as preparing offer letters, new-hire packets, etc.3. Provides information about various human resources areas and directs employees to the appropriate sources, i.e. benefits or payroll information on website.4. Utilizing various management reporting systems, develops, prepares and distributes reports.5. Assists with the administration and coordination of training and employee development programs.6. Enters, maintains and updates information into the human resources system (e.g. new hire, job postings, etc.).7. Provides administrative support for area including, but not limited to, maintaining calendars, ordering supplies, etc.8. May assist in the processing of employee transactions.May perform additional duties as assigned. Reporting RelationshipDirector or aboveSkills, Knowledge & Abilities 1. Strong interpersonal skills.2. Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, data reporting technologies and other business related software systems.3. Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.5. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.Education & Experience1. Associates degree or equivalent.2. Minimum of two years experience, preferably in a human resources environment.
