Assists in clearing Title. Prepares documents for closing and follow up on transactions.QualificationsThe applicant should have extensive computer knowledge, should be able to multitask with efficiency and accuracy, have the ability to communicate with both fellow employees as well as customers and work well under pressure. The applicant should have a working knowledge of proper telephone etiquette as well as good organizational skills. The applicant should be available to work extended hours if necessary.At least three years Escrow experience with a title insurance company preferred.
