The incumbent will also answer routine inquiries from policy holders and brokers. Other duties, as assigned may also be required. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and have the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
