The incumbent will have greater responsibility of processing authority and will handle more complex claims. He/She will also audit the work of less senior examiners, assist in their training, and assist Manager with various reports. Other duties, as assigned may also be required. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years experience handling AD & D claims, customer service, written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, leadership skills, prioritization and organizational skills, and have the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, to include Word and Excel is required. About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
