Financial professions can access a wide variety of products through this platform, including traditional and variable life, long-term care, disability, and annuity products. We are seeking an external wholesaler for our Salt Lake City Office. Great income opportunity and excellent benefits that start on the first day of employment.SummaryTo promote and market LTCi through defined national accounts and/or unaffiliated producers. Oversee and coordinate the new marketing agreements between these companies and Crump. Included in coordinating and growing these accounts will be agent seminars, client seminars, CE courses, new product introductions, ASKLine programs, and creative approaches to support and market LTCi proactively. Also, selective field responsibilities may be required to promote a successful relationship with these accounts. Proactively seek new marketing relationships at both local and national account levels, where appropriate, with an emphasis on the local market.Responsibilities• Primary account responsibility for unaffiliated producers and national accounts within an assigned region. Proactively contact agency managers and top producers. Utilize carriers when possible to provide training to agencies. Extensive phone contact is required to discuss services with agents on an ongoing basis.• Submit marketing materials/letters to carrier and follow-up for approval when received from national account or agent. This is not an essential function, should go through Sr. LTCI Adminis. Assistant • Participate in regular ASK lines. Communicate and promote availability with national accounts• Affinity Groups / Employer Group/ Multilife - follow-up with carrier for approval and then with agent to offer marketing direction• Coordinate with representatives from various carriers to visit national accounts that have approved this approach • Provide SSA information and training with respect to specific national accounts and unaffiliated arrangements• Coordinate with other Marketing Managers to ensure consistency in presentation and philosophy are found throughout the organization• Provide input in marketing and management meetings along with conducting in-house meetings to help update the staff on LTC issues• Conduct in-house CE seminars and other states as approved and certified• Assist and support IWs’ across their regions as related to LTCI Sales, Marketing, recruiting and retaining producers to meet monthly revenue goals,• Communicate with Managing Directors and support as required• Develop and coordinate Regional Study Groups, Seminars and CEs to drive revenues, retention and recruiting• Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong knowledge of all facets of the sales, education, and marketing of Long Term Care insurance. • Ability to conduct meaningful seminars with good presentation skills along with strong telephone skills necessary. • Knowledge and strength to convince agents of the importance of promoting LTC to their clients and provide the agents with the tools to properly make this sale• Creativity in marketing is essential to implementation of all programs at the field level• Proficient in Microsoft Office • Strong inter-personal skills.Education and Experience• College degree preferred• Insurance Licensed for Life and/or Health (Health may also required to meet specific state LTCI requirements)• Past experience as an independent or career agent preferred• Involvement in a program for professional designation preferred, but not required (FLMI, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CSA) with plans for completionWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
