When an accident or disaster strikes, AAA members throughout the Midwest depend on our Claims team for sensitive, efficient and responsive claims handling. We invite you to join our Claims team as we continue to enhance operations to the benefit of our customers. As a result of the expansion of our market territory and the array of high quality services offered to our members, The Auto Club Group seeks outside Claim Specialists for territories in the Chicago Metro area.

Our Claim Specialists:

·  Work independently to perform detailed and highly complex claim functions.

·  Authorizes repairs and update claim diaries.

·  Conduct audits of repair facility estimates and inspections.

·  Assist in the recovery of corporate claims expenditures from insured’s, uninsured motorists, businesses, other insurers etc.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organization and analytical skills. In addition, candidate must possess 4+ years’ experience as a claim representative handling home claims, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred and Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
