Responsibilities:

Investigating and settling claims on property damage.  Negotiating with our customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.

· Will inspect damaged residential property and determine claims related damage

· Estimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen property

· Identify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements

· Spend 75% - 90% of the work day in the field

Requirements

 

• Bachelor Degree Required

• Claims experience

• Xactimate or other claims estimating software knowledge a plus!

• Strong leadership skills and motivation to get into management

• Excellent communication/persuasive skills

• Strong Computer Knowledge

• Must be living in or able to relocate without assistance to the area
