Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for the supervision and management of several adjusters in a state territory.  Will also be responsible for investigating and settling claims on complex or unusual property damage. 

· Conducts case reviews and evaluates claim representative performance.

· Reviews settlements and activity of claim representatives

· Maintains communication with outside vendors (doctors, attorneys, rental facilities)

· Promote coordination of Claims and Marketing relationships

Requirements

 

•  Bachelor Degree Required

•  Supervisory or Management experience in claims preferred

•  Claims experience required

•  Xactimate or other claims estimating software knowledge a plus!

•  Strong leadership skills

•  Excellent communication/persuasive skills

•  Strong Computer Knowledge

•  Must be living in or able to relocate without assistance to King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, or Whatcom County
