Job Description:

Candidate will present the products and services of Word & Brown to brokers and clients and to maintain and develop brokers to increase territory sales.  Candidate will meet with agents and clients in the field daily and get business written through Word & Brown.  This individual conducts meetings and updates agents on the ever changing group health marketplace regarding plans design and networks and makes sales recommendations and sales presentations. 

 

Knowledge:

Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in small group sales and have exhibited a high degree of sales ability.  Good oral communication skills, positive attitude, hard working, self disciplined, and can work with minimal supervision.  Prior experience calling on agents. Must have a valid California driver’s license, California Insurance License, and a college degree
