Other responsibilities include compiling supporting documentation and ad-hoc reporting to the various finance areas across the company and supporting departmental policies as related to audit guidelines. The candidate must be able to perform under strict time frames and perform research necessary to resolve potential issues or discrepancies.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:> Manage monthly booking process for the various agency compensation programs> Review and manage monthly results related to various compensation programs> Reconcile and control key agency financial data sources to ensure accurate MI reporting > Ability to work with and enhance relationships with the various finance areas across the company> Maintain and enhance key agency data including Fixed, Value-Based payments and broker coding relationships> Support various ad-hoc management requests for agency performance and compensation results> Periodic overtime as deadlines approach SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:> Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree> Major in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred> 3-6 years of practical experience> End-user computing skills such as spreadsheet and database applications (MS Excel & Access) are a plus> Strong analytical skills> Strong interpersonal skills > Must be able to perform as part of a team and as an individual contributor> Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail In addition to an exciting environment, we offer: * Competitive base salary with additional opportunities for variable pay through recognition programs and incentive awards * 401(k) with company match* Comprehensive health plans that include coverage for same sex/domestic partners* Strong work/family and employee assistance programs* Tuition reimbursement * Vacation Purchase Plan* Training/Development opportunities We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
