Capital Planning Group advises on more than $250 million in assets for clients who have, on average, at least $10 million of net worth. Our services include Financial Planning, Estate Analysis, Business Planning, Investment Advisory, and 401(k) Plans.
 
IF your long term goal is to become a Certified Financial Planner, or if you are seeking an immediate Financial Products Sales role, which offers training, mentoring, a base salary, benefits, commissions, extensive leads, and reimbursement and encouragement for licensing, Capital Planning Group may have the opportunity for you.
 
We have an immediate opening for a Financial Services Professional to be based out of either our Miami (Doral) or Ft. Lauderdale (Cypress Creek) locations. The successful individual will be responsible for conducting 401(k) enrollment meetings for our existing clients (in both English and Spanish) as well as potentially converting those hundreds of individuals into clients.
 
We are committed to a mentorship approach to growing our Sales Staff.  The successful candidate will work in a Salary plus commission apprenticeship role for 18–36 months, gaining invaluable experience in the financial planning, investment advisory, and individual insurance business.
 
 
Candidate Requirements:
 
2-5 years of  Financial Services or Financial Products Sales experience with excellent and enthusiastic communications experience in both English and Spanish
Experience in making Financial Services Presentations to groups
Currently hold a Series 7 and Florida Health, Life & V.A. licenses, or the Drive and Determination to obtain those designations within a few months of starting.
The ambition of eventually grow into Production/Sales of Financial Products & Services to high net worth individuals or organizations.
