You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and help set the standard for future reporting deliverables. Job Functions-  Analyzes financial and management information addressing key metrics, identifying industry and business trends, and understanding reporting variances.-  Partners with businesses to understand reporting needs and requirements to improve the delivery of management information. -  Reports monthly financial results to senior managements within a controlled and reconciled environment.-  Participates in departmental projects to aid in streamlining processes and adhering to reporting standards. -  Provides end-user support and report development training targeting the Financial Reporting and Planning communities.-  Ensures that reports are precise, timely and accurately developed meeting ad-hoc and monthly reporting deliverables.   Required Experience -  Minimum 5+ years implementing advanced Excel features and VBA to develop sophisticated models and reporting to the businesses.-  Minimum 3+ years extracting data from OLAP tools such as TM1, Cognos, Essbase, or Microsoft Analysis Services.-  Excellent data modeling skills with experience developing end-user interfaces.-  Proven ability to lead and organize user-based training sessions.-  Experience in Microsoft Access with key understanding of relational database concepts.-  Must be able to document procedures and processes in a clear and concise manner. -  Highly knowledgeable of financial reporting standards and financial data controls.-  Ability to clearly communicate with team members and customers.-  Must be organized and able to multi-task in a dynamic work setting.-  Bachelor's degree business administration with equivalent experience. -  Knowledge of Insurance Property & Casualty products and systems desirable. In addition to an exciting environment, we offer: * Competitive base salary with additional opportunities for variable pay through recognition programs and incentive awards * 401(k) with company match* Comprehensive health plans that include coverage for same sex/domestic partners* Strong work/family and employee assistance programs* Tuition reimbursement * Vacation Purchase Plan* Training/Development opportunities We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
