Other duties will include:Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all critical management financial reports. Work closely with management to develop tools to assist in analysis and interpretation of the consolidated financial performance from the various Business Market segments. Assist in the preparation of Income Statements, Administrative Expense, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models. Support in the interface with all areas and other business units with their day-to-day financial demands/maintenance requirements. Other duties as assigned.  The ideal candidate will have: Requires a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA degree and/or CPA or CMA designation preferred. 2-4 years or Finance/Accounting experience. Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets. Visual Basic experience is required. (Databases and financial reporting systems such as Oracle, Hyperion Reporting, Hyperion Analyzer, Essbase, PeopleSoft nVision/Query, HTML, and Access a plus) Initiative-oriented with attention to details a must. Must be motivated by growth and learning opportunities. Customer focused. Strong communication skills.
