Responsibilities

The person in this position will be responsible for the following:

- Assure the daily Contract Cleaning Services are performed in accordance with the established contract.

- Maintain inventories of cleaning and washroom supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure proper levels are always maintained.

- Assure timely conference room set-ups, including furniture rearrangements, audio visual set-up and other miscellaneous equipment or supply request.

- Inspection and cleaning of areas not covered by the contract cleaner.

- Assure the recycling program is properly enforced.  

 

Qualifications

This position requires someone with 3-5 years custodial experience, supervisory experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have knowledge of carpet/flooring cleaning programs. AV experience is a ply for setting up conference room equipment. A Rhode Island driver’s license is required. Bi-lingual is a plus.
