Major corporate information solutions company seeks a strategic Senior Manager for high-profile client.  We are looking for a top-notch manager who seeks to ensure that clients are managed in a pro active, professional manner and that their expectations are not only met but exceeded.  Ensure that our company delivers service in-line with our client’s business objectives, creating advantage for our clients wherever possible with high levels of diplomacy.

Job skills include:

Strong ability to interact and communicate with C-level professionals

Develop strategies to capture viable business opportunities, presenting and communicating to clients.

Ensure all financial targets are achieved within a framework of absolute financial control and that new business targets are achieved through liaison with the Account Director and Business Development team.

Job qualifications:

Ability to manage, motivate and develop a diverse team

A minimum of 5 years experience in client or customer service environment

A minimum of 5 years management experience.  Must demonstrate effective supervisory and leadership skills

A minimum of 5 years prior experience in financial analysis, managing financial reporting, cost controls, etc. strongly preferred

Understanding of procedures, software and equipment in the applicable client service(s): reprographics, mail, records management, etc.)

A Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent is required.
