Group Insurance Administrator

National Account clients are large, Fortune 500 clients. Major Duties and Functions Include: Delivers high quality service to participants and customers by providing administrative services relating to enrollments, case implementations, claims, employee eligibility and billing administration Reviews and evaluates escalated death benefits issues regarding eligibility and plan requirements in order to determine the appropriateness of the claim filing Resolves highly visible and more difficult cases Maintains data in automated systems Troubleshoots and corrects problems Performs research and prepares reports Facilitates department projects from start to finish; provides project timelines and reports What You Need to Succeed: 1-3 years related business experience Strong communication skills, both verbal & written Detail-oriented Strong time management skills Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to identify & solve problems quickly / Strong Analytical skills Flexibility Proficiency with MS Excel (able to manipulate data), MS Word & Access a plus Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
