We provide Brokers with local market expertise, product price quotes, client proposals, enrollment support and ongoing client services.   ACCOUNT INSTALLATION SPECIALIST Our Corporate office is currently seeking an individual with health insurance experience to join our Account Installation team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who understand health insurance plans and would like to work in and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.We are an employee oriented company with a team-driven atmosphere that offers encouragement and support. Position Description: This multi-task position will be responsible for installing new groups, including; demographics, benefits, rates, calculating benefits, enrollment, and commissions. Account Installation also generates initial premium statements and post initial checks.  Responsibilites:  Data enter new groups into multiple systems to ensure efficient carrier transmission, employer billing, benefit utilization, broker commissions and GA bonus. Audit new groups and prepare groups for routing maintenance and billing. Update existing groups. Review benefit certificates of coverage for accuracy before mailing. Meet all internal and external deadlines. Maintain effective communication with brokers and carriers electronically to ensure smooth implementation of coverage. Requirements:  A minimum of 2 years experience in the heath insurance industry Ability to analyze and prioritize incoming information in a timely manner. Read, comprehend, interpret and analyze moderately complex job-related documents and financial records.
