Our IT department, critical to the future success of PFP, is adding a Help Desk Support Specialist to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and energetic person, who can hit the ground running and is interested in helping to take our IT department to new heights.  We are looking for a well organized out of the box thinker, with superior communications skills that appreciates a company that values their input and direction.

Job Description:

· Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and document computer systems, software and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.

· Assist in achieving team help desk goals

· Provide business and technical phone support to sales staff

· Manage the fulfillment of PCs, PC equipment and peripherals

· Manage and implement tablet PC and PC images

· Administer and maintain user accounts

 

Job Requirements:

· Help desk and/or desktop support experience

· Successful experience achieving team goals

· Excellent hardware & software troubleshooting skills

· Superb interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others

· Proficiency with Windows XP/Vista, Internet Explorer and MS Office (Windows Server 2003, Lotus Notes and Symantec Ghost are a plus)
