HOMEOWNERS TEAM MANAGER

The Automobile Club of Missouri, St. Louis is looking for a Homeowners Team Manager for the Claims Department. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Significant technical background in Homeowner claim handling. Casualty and Physical Damage auto claim handling a plus.

Three years of homeowners field claim handling experience.

Three years of progressive claims management experience.

Ability to supervise through effective communication, both written and oral.

Thorough knowledge of investigative techniques, tort law, reserving practices and settlement values.

Proficient in decision making and the ability to relate to staff and vendors.

Adaptable to technological advancements and industry changes.

Experience working in an automated claim system environment.

Ability to demonstrate analytical abilities in recognizing needs and effect remedies accordingly.
