HR Analyst Job Summary:Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Analyst will be responsible for gathering data on existing compensation and benefit programs and preparing detailed analysis and trending on the efficiency and effectiveness programs.  This role will also be responsible for directing and/or supporting key HR projects from design through implementation in collaboration with project team members and leadership.    Essential Job Functions (other duties may be assigned): Obtain and analyze market salary survey data.  Analyze positions for market comparison and to maintain internal pay equity. Administer annual base pay and bonus program including analysis and compensation models and annual review process. Assist in development and communication of compensation programs. Participate in local and national salary surveys. Collaborate with HRIS and business partners to develop and distribute compensation related reporting. Partner with HRIS team to ensure PS is updated to reflect approved changes to salary structures, job codes, etc. Track trends and developments in compensation and benefits and other HR related programs. Conduct studies, perform research and prepare feasibility and/or analytical reports on a variety of HR related topics as required. Actively participate on projects from beginning phases through implementation and ensure processes and workflows are documented.  Lead divisional project management efforts and participate in cross-functional projects. Non-essential Job Functions (performed on an infrequent basis): Assist with development of training content for new processes. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field needed and minimum 3-5 years HR experience in compensation & benefits or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office Suite.
