The HR Data Analyst is accountable for researching employee health trends and compiling health data and information from internal systems and external resources using various analytical tools to provide recommendations and reporting to management regarding trends and changes.  This position is responsible for creating analytical and statistical reports that will provide insight to areas of health with the employee population which need additional focus or education. This position will report on current wellness programs, their effectiveness and provide recommendations.

 

Job-Specific Requirements:

 

·  A bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Health Care Management is required.

·  Strong background in math, statistics, and data analysis as evidenced by education and/or prior work experience.

·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Access.

·  Proven research and analytical experience.

·  Excellent oral, written communication and report preparation skills required.

·  Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

·  Excellent project management skills are required.

·  Must have strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
