Health Benefits Specialist

Federated Mutual Insurance Company has been serving business and families for over 100 years. We are currently seeking candidates for Health Benefits Specialist positions in our Indianapolis Service Office.  

 

This individual will process health claims in accordance with established policies and procedures. Health Claims are processed on a claims payment system called Claimfacts.

 

Requirements include:

§ Ability to provide exceptional customer service on the phone

§ Experience with medical provider billing systems would be helpful, but not required

§ Insurance and medical terminology preferred, but not required

§ Excellent keyboarding skills

§ Excellent written and oral communication skills

§ Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized 

§ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
