Check data quality from various input data sources such as membership data, medical/pharmacy claims data, lab data and other demographic data. Assure the quality and accuracy of the identification/ stratification output. Monitor case enrollment and engagement performance, diagnose and resolve potential issues and problems. Perform related ad hoc analyses. Health Information Consultant Senior (E13):In addition to the responsibilities described above: Accountable for the identification and stratification process for particular programs and/or clients. Partnership with operations for continued enhancement of the identification/stratification process. Perform comprehensive ad hoc analysis to measure the outcome of various care management programs, including guidance compliance, clinical utilization and other outcome quality measures, cost savings, and return to investment measures.The ideal candidate will have: Health Information Consultant (E12): BA/BS, or equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 3 years related experience in research, analysis and reporting required. Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or other related quantitative/analytical fields preferred. Experience in comprehensive customer segmentation and stratification based on individual customer characteristics and behavioral data. Experience in a major industry, such as health care, retail, direct marketing, and financial services preferred. Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills. Advanced SAS skills/experiences. Experiences/skills in processing and analyzing large consumer data sets.  Health Information Consultant Senior (E13):In addition to the above qualifications:Ability to apply quantitative analytical tools and techniques to solve practical business problems. Ability to report, interpret and present analytics results. Health care industry experience preferred.
