Be a leader in the Health Insurance industry by acting as the Health Insurance Agent who provides service to clients' changing insurance needs; develops base for long-term sources of clients; approaches businesses and potential clients; determines clients' particular needs and financial situations; develops a coordinated protection plan; obtains underwriting approval; completes coverage; provides continuing service; provides death benefits. Qualifications Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market. Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively. Consistently identifies new sources of business.Works within the community to develope new sources of leads. Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs. Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people. Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data. Experience in business to business sales and prospecting techniques. Familiar with Group Benfit product line. Degree preferred not required.
