Summary

 

This position offers an excellent opportunity implement health & wellness services at Willis clients.  This individual will work closely with the Willis sales teams to validate opportunities, participate in sales presentations, and implement programs that will improve the health of our clients’ associates

Responsibilities

 Assist Willis clients in developing health & wellness strategies, including determining return on investmentImplement health & wellness programs for Willis clients, such as weight/lifestyle management, smoking cessation, health risk assessments, on-site health screenings, health fairs, and office ergonomics, among othersManage health & wellness projects for key clients, including vendor selection, vendor contract review, vendor contract/performance guarantee negotiations, program implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring of existing programsAssist Willis consultants in prospecting, responding to requests-for-proposal, and sales presentationsDevelop and deploy new health & wellness tools for Willis Employee Benefits, that can be deployed for the benefit of our clients.  Assist in creating proprietary health & wellness metrics

 

Requirements

 

Required:2+ years proven industry experience in designing, implementing and managing health & wellness initiatives including diet, exercise, lifestyle management, etc.Consultative skills, which include ability to collaborate with our clients’ Employee Benefits and HR staff, assess and understand client needs, match the needs with available solutions, make recommendations, and obtain client buy-inExcellent written and oral communications skills, including group presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or health-related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel: Approximately 2 days/week

 

Preferred:Background in managed care Experience as a health educator Clinical background (RN, LPN, etc.) Disease management experience Business experience A Master’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or health-related field
