Healthcare Informatics Analyst Associate I Seattle, WA; Portland, OR and Salt Lake City, UTBring your strong background in documentation and knowledge management to the following role: Collaborate regularly with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical resources in a cross-functional environment to collect, document, organize, and maintain information in a knowledge management repository for an enterprise data warehouse Establish standardized templates and review processes to organize existing documents, identify documentation holes and spearhead efforts to fill gaps Combine your degree and experience with the following skill sets: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required Industry experience must include requirements documentation, technical writing or other research and writing focused field Healthcare industry experience is strongly desirable Excellent interviewing, writing and organizational skills are required Ability to multitask and initiate communication with other departments in different locations for follow up information Experience with knowledge management systems and methodologies is required Working knowledge of documents and artifacts associated with business analysis, project management and/or system development lifecycle methodologies (BPM, RUP, Agile, etc) is strongly preferred Data warehousing experience is strongly desired Familiarity with data stewardship, data governance, enterprise information management, metadata management, data quality/information quality practices is preferred Capability to be resourceful and innovative in an imperfect and ambiguous environmentHard work and dedication is rewarded at Regence: We offer a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.For consideration, please visit our Web site at www.regence.com/careers and Apply Online to Job #16359.We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to workforce diversity and a drug and smoke-free workplace.
