A new business group was formed in 2007 to provide a similar suite of services to the Group Health market, primarily focused on TPAs, small health plans and regional insurance carriers.  Based on the positive reaction in the market, we are looking for an individual with experience to lead account management and implementation efforts for new customers.  This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the ground floor with a growing segment of an entrepreneurial and stable company. Key responsibilities include:

· Designing and directly leading the execution of new customer implementation plans

· Assist customers with sales activities to penetrate their book of business

· Provide performance reports and updates to assigned customer base

· Design and monitor internal service requirements to meet customer/market needs

 

Requirements include:

· Experience in sales support, implementation, or account management

· Strong customer relationship skills

· Strong project management skills

· Knowledge of Group Health insurance services

· Strong verbal and written communications

· 10- 20% travel expected

· College degree preferred
