Home-Office Examiner  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Providing expertise, guidance and Technical Support to the Claim-Production Units on assigned Claims·  Working with Production Claims Management for timely and accurate resolution of complex, high-exposure Claims·  Participating in the completion of projects assigned to the unit·  Supporting and participating in Training other areas within the Claims Organization·  Providing guidance and Technical Support on high-exposure and/or complex Claims to Production Management and Line staff through review and oversight of pending Claims·  Contributing to the development and documentation of "Best-Practice" processes and procedures for supported Claims areas·  Contributing to the development and maintenance of Management Reporting (as required by the Product areas and Senior Management)·  Participating in Due-Diligence Projects (as assigned by Product and Senior Management) A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Completion of college coursework (or equivalent experience) in a related field·  7+ years of related experience·  Policy and Technical knowledge and experience in one line-of-business and working knowledge in at least one other·  Claims certification and licensing·  Advanced knowledge of and proficiency with Mainframe Systems·  Working knowledge of various Microsoft-Office and related Business applications Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
