Human Resources Professional

If you are an HR professional with warm customer service, strong
stakeholder mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit who is interested
in partnering with a variety of businesses and can consult across HR
functions, including payroll, then this may be a fantastic opportunity

Successful candidates must be able to balance new client
implementations along with mid and high level ER issues, writing handbooks, policy development,
trainings (like AB 1825 and others), etc.

Degree and SPHR or other HR certification is preferred. In the $80-
90k salary range DOE and will have full medical, dental, vision plus
profit sharing after 1 year and 401k.

This position requires a strategic thinker who understands business
and is extremely customer service oriented.

Qualified candidates will possess the following attributes:
- has held a position title of HR Manager at minimum
- experience handling high level employee relations issues
- policy and employee handbook development
- new hire orientations
- understanding of regulatory compliance
- Disciplinary procedures
- Presentation and training experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree
- PHR/SPHR desired
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
