Human Resources Representative

Hub International seeks a positive, customer oriented, energetic individual to join our HR team.  The position is HR Representative to support employee relations, payroll and benefits by keeping HRIS systems current, working through the New Hire Process, preparing reports, prompting the appraisal process, and working with the termination process.  Duties include data entry of employee information, assisting with employment activities, employment related correspondence, coordinating performance reviews, compiling data and running reports, special projects, answering questions from employees and managers, conducting exit interviews, and other duties as assigned.  Qualified applicants will have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with different levels of the organization.  Computer proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems required.  Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university and 2 years related experience or equivalent experience and or education preferred.
