Serves as liaison with functional departments and business units during implementation. Coordinates both inside and field communications during all phases of major technology projects. Directs support and development of the Sales Force automation team (FAMe) for the entire IA Market Management Division. Creates, implements and integrates IA Market Management systems by evaluating the marketing sales functions to maximize efficiencies via technology. Develops management reports and business analyses on all IA Market Management markets and available products in the portfolio. Responsible for the Marketing Support Department budget within the Business Support Center. Maintains marketing controls for proper evaluation of costs and expenses and responsible for Marketing department quarterly budget deviation reports.Position Requirements:Directs and coordinates the development and introduction of the various phases of major technology projects in all distribution channels for all products. Works closely with all levels of IA Operations management and staff in multiple locations. Provides business and technical expertise to developers and designers in designing, developing and enhancing business processing systems to meet business needs in order for IA Market Management to support short and long-term profitable growth and remain competitive. Serves as a member of the Business Systems Management Team as Business Manager. Evaluates and approves business design and technical design documents for IA Operations. Researches solutions and makes recommendations to senior management, development teams and business units of IA Operations Market Management. Approves, prioritizes and develops business justification for change requests. Participates in activities required to assess system readiness for production implementation. Provides recommendations. Directs and coordinates the development, introduction and successful execution of implementation plans including procedures, workflow, training, follow-up controls, etc. Coordinates and follow-up on business benefits during and after project implementation. Coordinates with Corporate Communications to promote technology projects and communicates implementation plans, problem resolution, user hints, etc. to business support centers and agency force. Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company published manuals.
