IBM RAD SUPPORT ANALYST

Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems through the use of computer resources. Designs and maintains systems of greater complexity. Deploy and support Development tools. Produce deliverables related to the assigned project. Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements.

Additional responsibilities include: Provide consultation and support for IBM RAD and the Standard Non-Host Developer Desktop. Support JAVA JDK deployment to the standard non-host desktop. Provide knowledge and consultation of Non-host windows desktop & server environments. Take support calls on the tool and support developers.  Assist developers in utilizing the tool.

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.



Required:

IBM RAD (2 years)

IBM application development toolsets (2 years)

JAVA application environments (3 years)

Desired:

Technical consultant and support role (2 months)
