This position provides analytical support to resove problems and improvebusiness operations.

Provides analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data insupport of cross-functional business operations.

May develop annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts, and buildbusiness cases for new business initiatives.

Develops, prepares, and analyzes reports for management review.

Defines business requirements and provides analysis toward operationalefficiency.

Analyzes actual results against plan and forecast and recommends interventionswhere appropriate.

Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifiesmanagement of issues and problems requiring immediate attention.

Works cross-functionally in analyzing, designing and developing businesssolutions.

Provides analytical support for multiple projects simultaneously, establisheswork plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external sources.

May make presentations to various levels of management.

Works under general supervision, using established procedures.

B.A./B.S. degree and three years related experience and/or training, orequivalent combination of education and experience.

Broad knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment.

Ability to identify, analyze and resolve cross-functional problems related tobusiness operations utilitizing statistcal analysis methodology.

Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as, GAP analysis,process mapping, root-cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering.

Broad knowledge of PCs and related software applications.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of analyticaltools (e.g. MiniTab, Excel graphs).

Demonstrated project management skills.
