IT Director, eBusiness

Director, eBusiness – Information Technology Premera Blue Cross is seeking an experienced leader to direct our eBusiness teams, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. This position oversees the functional areas of Secured Web Development, Web Product Management, and non-secured Web Development. The director is responsible for driving positive organizational change through effective use of internal and external web based technologies. This position is highly visible and has significant individual accountability. This position provides leadership, coordination, and strategic planning to accomplish department and corporate goals and objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a bias for action and results, with a thorough understanding of web based technologies as well as the benefits of their business application. The individual must be a team player, thrive in a fast paced, changing environment and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at many levels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10 years of related management experience in an IT environment, preferably 3 years managing web delivery teams, experience with managing website development, deployment, ongoing support & maintenance.
