IT SECURITY, RISK ASSESSMENT & COMPLIANCE AUDITOR

Conduct procedural and operational review of information security processes and system controls against corporate, government, and internal I/S compliance standards.Work with customer areas I/S, Workstation, network services and application areas to identify and address vulnerabilities. Use analytical and security knowledge to review vulnerability resolutions.Provide guidance to I/S functional teams with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of control processes, documentation, and compliance measures.Evaluate technology and business-related controls for integrating business and information system security and risk mitigation efforts. Develop and implement tools to support automated risk assessment and compliance efforts.

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.



Required:

CISA, CISM, CISSP or other IT auditing, risk management or compliance

Good understanding of functional I/S processes

Basic understanding of systems development life cycle methodologies

Good understanding of risk management and information system security

3 years IT experience including at least 1 year of IT security, risk assess or compliance experience

US Citizenship/Green Card is required.
